Social Media Manager

About the role

Glossier is seeking a creative, community‑first Social Media Manager to shape and execute best‑in‑class social strategies that drive brand awareness and advocacy. Reporting to the Senior Social Media Manager, you will own audience growth across all owned channels and collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily channel operations including content planning, calendar management, caption copywriting, and analytical reporting.
• Execute social strategies for brand launches and ongoing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Produce light‑touch ad‑hoc content for TikTok, Instagram Stories, and feed posts as needed.
• Develop and maintain a social dashboard that provides actionable insights.
• Foster community engagement by monitoring sentiment, responding to comments, and encouraging meaningful interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to feature content strategically across owned social channels.

Required profile

• Creative thinker with a passion for beauty, lifestyle, and social media trends.
• Strong visual eye and ability to craft social‑first graphics and video assets.
• Willingness to work from the Los Angeles office at least three days per week.
• Excellent written communication skills for caption creation and community interaction.
