Social Media & Community Analyst (B2B Tech)

About the role

Truelogic is seeking a Social Media & Community Analyst to shape its digital presence and that of its CEO within the US B2B technology market. The role blends social media strategy, community engagement, content creation, and basic marketing automation to boost brand awareness and audience growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Truelogic’s and the CEO’s social media accounts across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and Twitch.
• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business objectives, adapting tone for each channel.
• Monitor and actively engage with the community, fostering relevant conversations and managing online reputation.
• Write compelling copy that translates technical concepts for B2B audiences and support visual content creation.
• Track social media metrics, generate performance reports, and recommend optimizations.
• Assist the Growth Marketing team with HubSpot marketing automation, list management, workflows, email campaigns, and reporting dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio).

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media and community management, preferably in B2B tech or the US market.
• Demonstrated ability to grow social media presence and engage professional audiences.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience reporting on engagement, reach, and growth.
