Social-First Videographer & Editor

About the role

We're seeking a highly creative and execution‑focused Videographer & Editor to join Sierra's Brand Design team and help tell the stories behind the future of AI‑powered customer experiences. This role produces fast, high‑quality, social‑native video content that drives engagement, builds brand affinity, and fuels organic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and edit short‑form video optimized for LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts and similar platforms, often using iPhone or lightweight setups, with quick‑turn edits delivered within 24–72 hours.
• Partner with social and marketing leads to develop recurring series such as product demos, executive content, customer stories, and brand moments.
• Develop strong hooks, pacing, captions and storytelling structures, repurposing long‑form footage into multiple short‑form assets.
• Capture lifestyle and event photography for web, social and campaign use.
• Create lightweight graphic, meme and motion‑based content in partnership with a motion designer.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of platform‑native content and audience behavior across LinkedIn, X, YouTube and emerging channels, with strong editorial judgment.
• Ability to produce fast‑turnaround social content, executive thought‑leadership pieces, customer storytelling, event coverage and polished brand campaigns.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: constantly generating ideas, testing formats and creating attention‑earning content.
• Strong project and asset management skills to handle multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced startup environment.
