Social Content Producer (Shreditor)

About the role

TensorWave is looking for a Social Content Producer – nicknamed “Shreditor” – who lives on the pulse of the company and its events. You will capture authentic moments at conferences, internal gatherings, and day‑to‑day activities, turning them into short‑form videos that showcase the brand’s personality.

Key responsibilities

• Follow founders, executives, and engineers to record unscripted, authentic content.
• Shoot and edit short‑form videos for LinkedIn, X, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts with rapid turnaround.
• Cover conferences and events, delivering same‑day or next‑day recap videos.
• Maintain a consistent posting rhythm to keep TensorWave visible and relatable.
• Pitch and produce original content ideas that require minimal production resources.

Required profile

• 2+ years creating short‑form content for a brand, media outlet, or as an independent creator.
• Comfortable shooting with both an iPhone and a mirrorless camera.
• Fast video editor using tools such as CapCut, Descript, Premiere, or equivalent.
• Strong instinct for storytelling and what makes viewers stop scrolling.
• Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast‑moving environment.
• Professional demeanor around executives and talent.
