Skilled Factory Operative – Production Line

About the role

Greencore is seeking a Skilled Factory Operative to join its Boston site in the East Midlands. Working on a 24‑hour shift pattern, you will support the production of ready‑to‑eat salads, prepared vegetables and snacks for major retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Supply materials and food products to production or assembly lines promptly.
• Maintain continuous flow by keeping adequate stock at each workstation.
• Follow safety and quality standards, coordinating with warehouse and production staff.
• Keep work areas clean and tidy.
• Assist the wider production team and complete any additional tasks assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• Good level of education with verbal, written and numerical ability.
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry, preferably with salads.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and move between departments as needed.
