Site Supervisor – Data Collection (San Francisco)

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead daily data collection operations at Tacit’s San Francisco facility. This role oversees a team of technicians, ensures safety and quality standards are met, and keeps the site organized and ready to support business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Directly supervise Data Collection Technicians and manage staffing levels.
• Participate in hiring, performance evaluations, promotions, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Develop and enforce a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and consistency.
• Coordinate scheduling, resource allocation, and staffing across projects.
• Oversee daily data collection activities and act as the primary escalation point for operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with data collection protocols, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Conduct quality reviews, operational audits, and maintain accurate records.
• Manage office and facility operations, including vendor relationships, equipment maintenance, inventory, and security procedures.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and operationally prepared site.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising operational or technical teams.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to make independent decisions on staffing, workflow prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
