About the role

Reiss is looking for a Concession Manager to lead its Macy's shop in Montgomery/Bethesda, Maryland. This full‑time, permanent position is responsible for driving sales, managing operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan long‑term concession goals and oversee overall performance.
• Lead the team to provide personalised, high‑quality service.
• Manage stock levels, control loss and execute promotions, sales and merchandising standards.
• Recruit, retain talent and conduct regular performance and probation reviews.

Required profile

• Previous retail management experience in a similar‑size operation.
• Proven track record of increasing business performance and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong visual sense and commercial product management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment and motivate a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
