Key responsibilities

• Engage as a vital technical resource on projects to develop and implement ServiceNow solutions for clients.
• Drive or participate in workshops, development, testing, and deployment activities with top enterprise customers.
• Develop a deep understanding of the solutions you implement and the client’s business processes.
• Maintain expertise in ServiceNow best practices and stay current with platform versions and new features.

Required profile

• Master problem solver who isn’t afraid of complex challenges.
• At least 2 years of ServiceNow development, configuration, and integration experience.
• Experience in one or more areas such as CSM, FSM, HR Service Delivery, Service Portal, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP, AppEngine Studio, or frontend development.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure high‑quality output for clients.
• Client‑centric with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passionate about doing the right thing, even if it takes time.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
