ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant

About the role

As a ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant you will set the technical direction for enterprise ServiceNow projects and see that vision through from concept to delivery. You will lead design and technical workshops, own end‑to‑end technical deliverables, and act as a trusted voice in pre‑sales and technical strategy for an elite ServiceNow partner.

Key responsibilities

• Engage as the architect on projects to define and execute technical direction.
• Lead or participate in design, requirement and technical workshops, including design‑thinking sessions.
• Oversee development, testing and deployment activities for top enterprise clients.
• Own all technical deliverables related to ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Develop deep understanding of client solutions and business processes.
• Support business development and pre‑sales activities as the technical lead.
• Advocate for the ServosGov public‑sector offering built on ServiceNow’s Digital Services product.
• Stay current with the latest ServiceNow versions, features and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of ServiceNow architecture, development and integration experience.
• Proven experience designing and executing ServiceNow implementations, preferably in Customer Service Management or Creator Workflows.
• Strong client‑centric communication and presentation skills.
• Passionate about doing the right thing and willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
