About the role
The Service Technician – Station 21 ensures that all physical aspects of Greystar’s residential properties, including buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas, meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose the source of defects or problems and make repairs in accordance with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors/contractors and obtaining necessary supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure all repairs are completed to company standards.
