Service Technician – Rockledge Fairways

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of the Rockledge Fairways property. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident requests, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks across the property to reduce future defects.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and report any recurring issues to management.
