Service Technician – Pinewood

About the role

The Service Technician at Greystar’s Pinewood property in Albuquerque is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas. The role ensures that all aspects of the property meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance and overall functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs in accordance with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors and contractors, and ensuring units are prepared for new move‑ins.

Required profile

• Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical or technical issues in residential properties.
• Experience handling work orders and coordinating maintenance activities.
• Attention to detail in inspections and preparation of units for occupancy.
