Service Technician

About the role

Join a growing automotive dealership team as a Service Technician, working in a clean and safe environment. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in line with dealership policies.
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; conduct test drives as needed.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems across all vehicle makes and models.
• Communicate directly with Service Advisors to inform customers of additional service requirements.
• Complete online multi‑point inspection reports and execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an automotive technician.
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Fast learner with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with a customer‑service mindset.
• Valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools for vehicle testing.
• Computer literacy for reporting and online inspection systems.
