Service Technician - Edison

About the role

The Service Technician ensures that all physical aspects of Greystar’s residential properties, including buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas, meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. Working on‑site at the Greenwood Village location, you will respond to resident service requests, perform preventative maintenance and prepare vacant units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident requests and conduct preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing in line with policies and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, maintenance tasks and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and timely to ensure proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing debris, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning and painting curbs or signage as required.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts and using materials efficiently.
• Participate in safety meetings and adhere to Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies.
