Service Technician – 4 Corners

About the role

The Service Technician for the 4 Corners property will ensure that all building systems, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. Working on‑site in Frisco, Texas, you will respond to resident requests, perform preventative maintenance and prepare vacant units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on building equipment and systems to reduce downtime.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors and ordering necessary supplies.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of all service activities and follow up on outstanding issues.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills for interacting with residents and team members.
