Service Supervisor – The Riley

About the role

The Service Supervisor for The Riley community ensures that all interior and exterior building elements, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position combines hands‑on technical work with coordination of maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform routine upkeep and diagnose the source of defects or problems.
• Execute repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable codes.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and creation of punch lists.
• Schedule and manage vendors and contractors as needed, and procure required supplies and materials.

Required profile

• Experience performing technical and mechanical maintenance in a residential setting.
• Ability to assess issues, determine causes, and implement appropriate repairs.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and local building codes.
• Strong organizational skills for managing work orders and coordinating vendor activities.
