Service Supervisor – Prospect

About the role

We are looking for a Service Supervisor – Prospect to oversee technical and mechanical work across our community properties in Austin. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors and contractors, and procuring necessary supplies.
• Perform routine upkeep of community areas, ensuring appearance and functionality of interior and exterior spaces.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and internal teams to schedule and oversee maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Experience in property maintenance or facilities management, preferably in residential communities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to diagnose mechanical issues.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple work orders and vendor schedules.
• Commitment to safety, quality and customer service.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) and repair techniques.
