Service Supervisor (Nuvo)

About the role

The Service Supervisor (Nuvo) ensures that all interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position supports resident satisfaction and prepares vacant units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform routine upkeep and diagnose the source of defects or problems.
• Execute repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable codes.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and creation of punch lists.
• Schedule and coordinate vendors and contractors as needed, and procure required supplies and materials.

Required profile

• Experience in property or facilities maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and inspection reports.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and vendor relationships.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to building codes.
