Service Supervisor – Lantower Midtown

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Service Supervisor to oversee technical and mechanical work ensuring the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet cleanliness, safety and functionality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests, diagnose issues and perform repairs following company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply ordering and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, interiors, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by service team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with experience in property‑management or building maintenance.
• Ability to use and maintain hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment and measuring devices safely.
• Strong logical problem‑solving skills and proficiency in customer service and communication.

Required skills

• EPA Type I and Type II or Universal HVAC certification.
• Hands‑on experience with hand tools, power tools and mechanical equipment.
• Familiarity with property‑management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, database).
