Service Supervisor – Community Maintenance

About the role

The Service Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. This position combines hands‑on technical work with supervisory responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors.
• Oversee routine upkeep of the community, ensuring all mechanical and technical systems operate correctly.
• Maintain accurate work order records and ensure timely completion of all tasks.

Required profile

• Experience performing technical or mechanical maintenance in a residential setting.
• Ability to diagnose problems, prioritize work, and supervise the completion of repairs.
• Familiarity with safety standards, building codes, and vendor coordination.
