Service Supervisor – Broadstone 7th Street

About the role

The Service Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the community, including grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. This position combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose the source of defects, and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating necessary maintenance work.
• Schedule and supervise vendors and contractors as needed to complete repairs and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate work order records and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Required profile

• Ability to diagnose building issues and perform mechanical or technical repairs.
• Familiarity with safety standards, building codes, and maintenance best practices.
• Strong organizational skills to manage work orders, inspections, and vendor coordination.
