Service Superintendent – Elevator & Escalator Services

About the role

KONE, a global leader in elevators, escalators and building‑door solutions, is seeking a Service Superintendent to lead local service operations in Kansas City, MO. You will be responsible for driving service business performance while ensuring safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee territory service operations, collaborating with customers and internal peers to meet business goals.
• Implement and monitor safety guidelines, promote a culture of safety and quality.
• Manage team schedules, performance and provide learning opportunities for staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience with supervisory responsibility, preferably leading a union‑represented workforce.
• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience, and a strong appetite for learning new technologies.
