About the role

Join R.J. Kielty Plumbing, a family‑owned business serving Florida homeowners for over 50 years. We are looking for an experienced, customer‑focused Residential Plumbing Service Technician to provide high‑quality service across Orlando and surrounding locations.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair water heaters, fixtures, faucets, drains, and piping.
• Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing layouts.
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every call.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and service vehicle.
• Arrive on time, prepared, and professionally presented.
• Clean up thoroughly after each job, respecting customers’ homes.
• Follow all safety protocols and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years residential plumbing service experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing repairs and installations.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Own all necessary hand tools.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years or older and pass background check and drug screening.
