Service Analyst (Operations & Finance Support)

About the role

The Service Analyst role supports critical business functions for AB ONE Tulsa operations, including deposits, accounts payable/receivable, front‑line tech support, and paperwork reconciliation. The analyst also assists Sales and Operations teams with sales orders and ensures all transactions are accurate and timely.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily local business processes for Sales and Delivery teams such as route reconciliation, cash deposits, inventory adjustments, and accounts payable.
• Provide reception desk and administrative support, including phone handling, mail processing, and ordering office supplies.
• Coordinate local processes to align with centralized procedures in St. Louis, including check and invoice scanning and handheld device support.
• Maintain standards, controls, and compliance for business processes and act as the single point of contact for internal and external escalations.
• Deliver basic technical support for computer, phone, and iPad hardware and software for on‑site staff.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience (preferred).
• Experience resolving customer issues and explaining financial information.
• Ability to work varied shifts based on business needs.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and MS Office Suite.
• Data analysis capabilities.
• Familiarity with query‑type software.
• Knowledge of systems such as VIP RAS, SAP, Business Objects, Daily Sales.
• Basic technical support for iPad, computer, and phone hardware/software.
