Service Advisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Classic Toyota. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while coordinating service department operations using CDK software.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the service department in a friendly, professional manner.
• Schedule service appointments and manage work orders using CDK.
• Clearly communicate vehicle repair needs and recommendations to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, high‑quality service delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow‑ups with a focus on retention.
• Maintain accurate records of service interactions and transactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or customer‑service training is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CDK software or similar dealership management systems.
