Service Advisor – Automotive Customer Service

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our clean, temperature‑controlled shop at Mazda of Greenville. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through vehicle maintenance and repair processes while delivering a positive, memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and gather accurate vehicle information.
• Document vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and service history.
• Prepare detailed estimates for labor and parts.
• Schedule follow‑up appointments and keep customers informed throughout the service cycle.
• Monitor each vehicle’s progress and ensure the final invoice matches the work performed.
• Explain completed work and associated charges to customers.

Required profile

• Proven record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant.
• High energy level and a desire for a long‑term career.
• Strong personal and professional integrity.
