SEO Manager

About the role

Mindgruve is looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join its growing SEO team. This individual contributor role has high impact, shaping SEO strategy across new and existing accounts while collaborating with earned, paid‑media, content, and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SEO strategy development, execution, adaptation, and ongoing evaluation for client portfolios.
• Conduct keyword research, gap analysis, and competitive audits.
• Improve and standardize SEO processes, templates, and quality guidelines.
• Oversee technical SEO initiatives such as site structure, internal linking, on‑page optimization, crawlability, indexation, and overall site performance.
• Partner with content, design, development, analytics, PR, and social teams to embed SEO best practices.
• Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Analyze trends, generate data‑driven insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Mentor junior SEO staff and foster knowledge sharing.
• Develop SEO narratives that align with emerging AI trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency or hybrid environment.
• Proven expertise in technical SEO, including audits, internal linking, schema markup, pagination, JavaScript rendering, and Core Web Vitals remediation.
• Strong background in keyword research and content strategy.
