Senior Vice President – Strategic Expansion & Digital Ecosystems

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Vice President to lead the launch and growth of our new U.S. subsidiary focused on next‑generation digital ecosystems, decentralized technologies and emerging Web infrastructure. Reporting to global leadership, you will shape strategy, build high‑performance teams and position the company at the forefront of digital innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the U.S. market strategy for the new subsidiary.
• Lead operational development, establishing scalable structures, workflows and standards.
• Identify and pursue emerging opportunities in Web3, decentralized systems, digital identity and next‑gen online ecosystems.
• Build and manage executive‑level partnerships across technology, media, innovation and digital infrastructure sectors.
• Recruit, mentor and lead cross‑functional remote teams.
• Represent the company at executive meetings, conferences and industry events.
• Support investment readiness and global expansion initiatives.

Required profile

• 10+ years of executive leadership experience in technology, digital media, innovation or emerging technology sectors.
• Proven track record launching or scaling international business operations.
• Strong understanding of decentralized technologies, blockchain‑enabled ecosystems or modern Internet infrastructure.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and organizational leadership abilities.
• Experience working with distributed global teams and remote‑first environments.
