Senior Vice President of Finance

About the role

The organization is looking for a Senior Vice President of Finance to lead a high‑performing finance function that spans FP&A, accounting, treasury, and strategic planning. This executive will partner with the C‑suite and board to shape financial strategy, drive operational discipline, and create long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise finance functions including FP&A, accounting, treasury, and strategic planning.
• Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with growth, integration and performance goals.
• Oversee financial reporting, forecasting and performance‑management frameworks.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and major business decisions.
• Manage capital allocation, liquidity planning and financial risk management.
• Present financial results and strategic initiatives to board members and senior stakeholders.
• Build scalable financial systems and processes across a complex organization.
• Recruit, develop and retain a high‑performing finance team.

Required profile

• 20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Proven track record managing finance during rapid growth, integration and organizational complexity.
• Strong background across FP&A, accounting and treasury functions.
• Experience presenting to boards and senior executive teams.
• Strategic thinking and strong financial leadership capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA or MBA preferred.
