About the role
The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead the end‑to‑end design process for digital products, ensuring a seamless experience from discovery through development and testing.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in every stage of the product design cycle, from research to developer handoff and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product managers and engineering teams to maintain design quality and ensure accurate translation of designs into code.
- Estimate design tickets during sprint planning and contribute to sketching sessions with non‑designers.
- Create and maintain UI deliverables such as Sketch files, style guides, high‑fidelity prototypes, and plan moderated usability tests.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product or UI/UX Designer.
- Experience working in an agile environment with two‑week sprint cycles.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Sketch.
- Experience using InVision or Framer X.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for workflow management.
