Senior UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team in New York. The role involves leading product design from discovery through developer handoff and user acceptance testing, ensuring high‑quality visual and interactive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Be involved in every step of the product design cycle from discovery to developer handoff and user acceptance testing.
• Work with business analysts, product managers and tech teams to lead product design.
• Maintain quality of the design process and ensure designs translate accurately into code.
• Accurately estimate design tickets during planning sessions.
• Contribute to sketching sessions involving non‑designers.
• Create, iterate and maintain UI deliverables including sketch files, style guides and high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Ensure design choices are data‑driven by identifying assumptions to test each sprint and planning moderated usability test sessions.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience working as a Product Designer.
• Experience using Sketch and InVision or Framer X.
• Previous experience in an agile environment with two‑week sprints.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence in the workflow.
