Senior Thought Leader Liaison – Lung & Head & Neck Oncology

About the role

The Senior Thought Leader Liaison will lead KOL engagement strategy for the Mid‑Atlantic district, supporting lung and head & neck oncology portfolios. This field‑based role requires extensive travel to educational events, advisory boards and congresses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional KOL engagement and marketing education strategies, including peer‑to‑peer plans and faculty compliance training.
• Provide market insights to the RYBREVANT brand team and shape future strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with academic and community KOLs to drive brand priorities.
• Monitor regional treatment trends, coordinate marketing education plans, and manage the regional marketing budget.
• Partner with analytics and commercial excellence teams to inform insight generation and placement.

Required profile

• Minimum BA/BS degree; MBA, MD, PharmD, PhD or related graduate degree preferred.
• At least 6 years of experience in marketing, medical affairs, key account management or sales leadership, preferably with KOL engagement.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to innovate and deliver results.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel >50% (up to 65%).

Required skills

• Deep understanding of oncology market dynamics and industry trends.
• Experience working with KOLs, professional healthcare organizations, and compliance guidelines (ACCME/HCC/PhRMA).
