Senior Thought Leader Liaison – Lung & Head & Neck Oncology (Great Lakes)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Thought Leader Liaison to lead KOL engagement for lung and head & neck oncology across the Great Lakes district. This field‑based role involves extensive travel to support regional educational events and collaborate with brand, sales and medical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional KOL engagement and marketing education strategies, including peer‑to‑peer plans and faculty development.
• Provide market insights to the RYBREVANT brand team and shape future strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with academic and community KOLs to advance brand priorities.
• Monitor regional cancer trends, coordinate marketing education plans, and align with brand imperatives.
• Partner with analytics to understand treatment patterns and inform insight programs.
• Manage regional marketing budget and contribute to business planning.
• Lead innovative educational platform development and KOL engagement at congresses.
• Oversee brand strategy mapping, framework development, and agency management.

Required profile

• BA/BS required; MBA, MD, PharmD, PhD or related graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years experience in marketing, medical affairs, key account management or sales leadership, engaging KOLs.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to innovate and deliver results.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel >50% (up to 65%).

Required skills

• Understanding of ACCME/HCC/PhRMA guidelines.
• Experience with brand marketing, channel partner enablement and digital strategy.
