Main Responsibilities

• Lead complex tax planning, compliance, and advisory services for high-net-worth clients.
• Collaborate closely with wealth advisors and financial planners to develop holistic, integrated financial strategies.
• Provide expert guidance on estate planning, charitable giving, and intergenerational wealth transfer.
• Monitor legislative changes to identify potential tax opportunities and mitigate risks for clients.
• Mentor, supervise, and develop junior tax professionals within the team.

Candidate Profile

• 8 to 15 years of progressive experience in tax consulting, ideally within a public accounting firm or a wealth management environment.
• Must hold a CPA, EA, or equivalent professional certification.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and provide high-level strategic advice.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring junior staff.
