Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Daylight Security is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the hiring effort for its U.S. Go‑to‑Market teams. As the first dedicated recruiter in the United States, you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process and shape the talent strategy as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and design recruiting strategies for US Go‑to‑Market roles.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle, including resume reviews, phone screens, interview coordination, and communication.
• Source and engage top talent using creative sourcing techniques and AI‑powered recruiting tools.
• Develop structured, data‑informed hiring processes that balance quality, speed, and consistency.
• Deliver a high‑quality candidate experience at every stage.
• Own onboarding for new U.S. employees and conduct regular check‑ins to improve the employee experience.
• Collaborate with the global HR team to build scalable processes supporting U.S. growth.

Required profile

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, recruiting Go‑to‑Market roles in the U.S.
• Prior recruiting experience in the tech industry; cybersecurity background is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently as an autonomous individual contributor.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Process‑oriented mindset with a passion for workflow improvement.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑powered recruiting tools and automation.
