About the role
Lumen Solutions Group Inc. is seeking a Senior System Administrator to design, implement, and support enterprise‑scale hybrid cloud and on‑premises environments. The role is contract‑based and requires five days onsite at the New York office.
Key responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain hybrid Azure/on‑premises infrastructure.
- Administer and support enterprise Exchange and Active Directory environments, including multi‑forest and hybrid configurations.
- Lead cloud migration and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Troubleshoot complex client‑server environments and resolve production issues.
- Develop PowerShell and Unix shell automation scripts to optimize Azure resources.
- Support infrastructure projects and mentor junior technical staff.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure (certification preferred).
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Exchange in hybrid and multi‑organization settings.
- Deep knowledge of multi‑forest Active Directory administration.
- Strong background in Windows Server and Unix/Linux administration.
