Senior Supply Chain Planner / Analyst

About the role

The Senior Supply Chain Planner/Analyst will support the U.S. region by analyzing supply chain data, developing demand forecasts, managing inventory, and coordinating order planning and execution. This role ensures product availability, optimizes inventory, and drives data‑based decisions across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels, analyze turns, safety stock, and service levels, and recommend actions for shortages or excess.
• Create and manage purchase or production orders in ERP/MRP systems, track status, and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze demand, inventory, production, and customer order data; develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and support SIOP processes.
• Support new product introductions by coordinating material readiness, setting up items in ERP, and monitoring post‑launch performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance or related field.
• 10 years of experience in supply chain planning or analysis.
• Strong analytical abilities with advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, queries).
• Hands‑on experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Global Shop, SAP, Oracle, or Sage.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
