Senior Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Snoozy, a fast‑growing hemp wellness brand, is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager to own the end‑to‑end supply chain for its product portfolio. This remote‑first role supports the Northeast US market while requiring regular travel to manufacturers, distribution partners, and state regulators.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, qualify, and manage all ingredient suppliers, including hemp/cannabis cultivators and non‑cannabis botanicals.
• Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities, and supply agreements; maintain backup sources for critical SKUs.
• Oversee packaging procurement, manage international vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with state‑specific packaging specifications.
• Coordinate new SKU launches, control lead times, and maintain safety stock to prevent delays.
• Maintain accurate SKU definitions, Bill of Materials, and regulatory documentation across internal systems.
• Track and proactively respond to regulatory changes affecting ingredients and packaging.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations within consumer goods, cannabis, or related regulated industries.
• Proven ability to manage complex supplier networks and navigate state‑level licensing requirements.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to solve logistical challenges.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
