Senior Store Manager – Retail (SoHo, NY)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Store Manager to lead our flagship Levi’s® store in SoHo, New York. The role is responsible for driving profitable growth of a $15 million+ business while delivering an exceptional brand experience for customers and associates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute localized business strategies using corporate insights.
• Coach, train and mentor store managers to uphold customer service, operational and visual merchandising standards.
• Build an in‑store leadership team through the Brand Service Leadership program.
• Communicate corporate directives effectively across the entire store team.
• Achieve daily sales targets by modeling performance and continuously coaching staff.
• Oversee recruiting, selection, evaluation and retention of top talent.
• Implement loss‑prevention, inventory control, safety and security programs.
• Manage cash handling, payroll processing and physical inventory counts.
• Pilot new initiatives from the Home Office and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a high‑volume retail store (>$15 M annual sales).
• Strong leadership and people‑development capabilities.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales and operational goals.
• Ability to analyze trends and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication skills for cascading corporate information.
