Senior Store Manager – Retail Leadership

About the role

Levi's® is seeking a Senior Store Manager to lead its flagship store on 34th Street in New York. The role is responsible for driving profitable growth of a store with $15 million+ annual volume while strengthening brand equity through superior operational execution and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage corporate partnerships and business intelligence to shape localized strategies and provide feedback to global teams.
• Coach, train, and follow up with all store managers to ensure standards in customer service, operations, and visual merchandising are met.
• Develop an in‑store leadership team through the Brand Service Leadership program and other training opportunities.
• Communicate corporate directives throughout the store and ensure consistent implementation of Levi's® customer service and sales philosophies.
• Achieve daily sales and performance goals by modeling performance, setting targets, and continuously coaching the team.
• Recruit, select, evaluate, and retain top talent; enforce performance standards.
• Oversee loss prevention, inventory control, safety, and security programs, including cash and merchandise handling.
• Manage payroll, coordinate physical inventory counts, and recommend merchandise replenishment plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a retail store with $15 million+ annual sales.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop managers and front‑line staff.
• Demonstrated track record of driving profitable growth and meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills to cascade corporate initiatives throughout the store.
• Ability to oversee loss‑prevention, inventory, payroll, and safety operations.
