Senior Store Manager – High‑Volume Retail

About the role

The Senior Store Manager will lead a Levi’s® store with annual sales of $15 million or more, driving profitable growth and building brand equity through superior store operations, customer experience, and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage corporate partnerships to gain business intelligence and provide feedback to global teams.
• Coach, train and follow up with all managers to ensure customer service, operational and visual merchandising standards are met.
• Develop an in‑store leadership team through the Brand Service Leadership program and other training opportunities.
• Drive sales performance by setting goals, modeling performance and continuously coaching the store team.
• Oversee loss prevention, inventory control, cash handling, payroll and safety programs.
• Manage merchandise replenishment, new product recommendations and visual presentation standards.
• Recruit, develop and retain top talent, conducting performance evaluations and ensuring a high‑performing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or 9+ years of combined education and experience) and at least 7 years of retail management experience, including 3 years in a high‑volume environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and business acumen with the ability to develop and lead store teams.
• Excellent time‑ and project‑management skills and a proven track record of achieving sales and operational goals.
