Senior Solutions Engineer

About the role

TensorWave is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as the top escalation point between its Global Operations Center and Core Engineering teams. You will support high‑stakes AI compute customers who cannot tolerate downtime, translating complex technical issues into resilient product improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead resolution of critical escalations that exceed GOC scope, performing code‑level debugging and architectural analysis.
• Engage directly with customer technical leads to diagnose production incidents and ensure transparent, rapid remediation.
• Develop diagnostic scripts, workarounds, and temporary fixes while long‑term patches are engineered.
• Own end‑to‑end P1 incident resolution and produce clear post‑mortem analyses in partnership with TAMs.
• Convert recurring customer pain points into data‑driven feature requests for the engineering roadmap.
• Document obscure platform behaviours and enhance GOC runbooks to grow institutional knowledge.

Required profile

• 5–9 years of experience in Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or SRE with a focus on high‑performance computing or large‑scale AI stacks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage mission‑critical production environments where reliability is paramount.
• Strong communication skills for executive‑level customer interaction and cross‑team collaboration.

Required skills

• Kubernetes cluster administration and scheduler internals.
• GPU workload orchestration, ROCm and CUDA debugging.
• Network diagnostics: RDMA, RoCEv2, SR‑IOV, BGP, and switch telemetry analysis.
• Linux kernel networking, hugepages, and cgroups.
• Python scripting and Ansible automation.
