Senior Software Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Software Engineer at Endeavor, you will design and build the core systems that power our AI‑driven product suite. You will make pragmatic trade‑offs to move quickly while preserving reliability, own complex problems end‑to‑end, set technical standards, and help scale the platform as the company grows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and Go.
• Implement web applications with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform.
• Work with PostgreSQL databases to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and operations teams to deliver features.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive best‑practice adoption.

Required profile

• Several years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in fast‑moving startup environments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to take ownership of complex projects.
• Comfortable delivering production‑grade, reliable systems at scale.
