Senior Software Engineer, Applications

About the role

Radiant is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to own and extend its internal applications platform that unifies operational data across procurement, manufacturing, finance and people operations. You will work on a small, high‑leverage team, delivering end‑to‑end features that turn raw data into actionable tools for the whole business.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship full‑stack features using an asynchronous Python API and a single‑page TypeScript front‑end.
• Own the platform as a product, translating operator, buyer and finance workflows into software that eliminates manual toil.
• Integrate the system with manufacturing execution, finance, procurement and identity services via REST APIs, GraphQL and webhooks.
• Build AI‑native capabilities that convert natural‑language queries into structured data requests.
• Collaborate closely with business users to define requirements, validate outcomes and iterate quickly.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience building and shipping full‑stack applications.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to make sound technical judgments.
• Comfort working directly with end users to gather feedback and refine solutions.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑moving startup environment.
