Senior Software Engineer – AI Platform

About the role

Glimpse is building the next‑generation AI platform for consumer packaged goods brands. We are looking for a senior software engineer who can own end‑to‑end product development, work closely with cross‑functional teams, and help scale our fast‑growing service.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications covering both front‑end and back‑end components.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to define and implement new features.
• Drive projects from concept through production, ensuring reliable releases.
• Lead architecture decisions for scalable backend and frontend systems.
• Participate in code reviews and promote best‑practice engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Validate the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven track record of owning complex production systems.
• Strong ability to design scalable architectures and ship code quickly.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and comfort in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication and a collaborative, team‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work full‑time from the New York office.
