Senior Service Supervisor

About the role

The Senior Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all technical and mechanical operations across a large residential property or portfolio of properties. This role ensures that interiors, exteriors, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality while adhering to budgetary goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate completion of work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Ensure routine upkeep, diagnosis, repair, or replacement of building systems in line with policies, safety standards, code requirements, and budget constraints.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections and creation of punch‑list items.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to schedule and prioritize projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property maintenance or facilities management, preferably in a senior supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety protocols, and local code requirements.
• Ability to lead a team, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with residents and staff.
