Senior Security Analyst – 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri 2-10pm)

About the role

Santander is seeking a Senior Security Analyst to join its Security Team on the 2nd shift in Quincy, MA. The role focuses on implementing security policies, proactively managing threats, and ensuring continuous monitoring of physical security systems during the 2 p.m.‑10 p.m. shift, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor branch burglar alarm systems, corporate door alarms, video surveillance equipment, and threat‑intelligence feeds.
• Observe SOC email and telephone channels for security‑related events.
• Evaluate physical security incidents for potential impact on employees, customers, and property.
• Coordinate incident response with on‑site security personnel, law enforcement, and internal business teams.
• Escalate major incidents to management and communicate updates to staff as needed.
• Prepare comprehensive written reports summarizing incidents and actions taken.
• Answer emergency and non‑emergency calls, providing guidance on physical security matters.
• Dispatch emergency services for critical life‑safety events and manage after‑hours access requests.
• Assist with alarm equipment testing and perform basic troubleshooting of access control, burglar alarm, and video surveillance systems.

Required profile
