Senior SAP FICO Consultant

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join its Life Sciences unit. The consultant will support finance‑focused ERP implementations for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients across the United States, with the flexibility to work from any location or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate business requirements with stakeholders to align SAP FICO solutions with ERP capabilities.
• Assist in solution architecture and customize SAP Finance modules based on detailed specifications.
• Develop, integrate, and review new features, ensuring code stability and compliance.
• Configure interfaces, execute ETL processes, and support system integration between SAP and other applications.
• Monitor ERP performance, identify enhancement opportunities, and ensure security and regulatory compliance.
• Create comprehensive documentation for customizations and deliver user training.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, especially within the life‑sciences sector.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end SAP FICO customization and implementation projects.
• Excellent analytical skills to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills for cross‑functional teams and client interactions.

Required skills

• SAP FICO configuration and support (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Costing).
• Hands‑on experience with SAP AMS (Application Management Services), incident management and enhancements.
• Understanding of finance business processes and ability to conduct requirement workshops.
• Experience with ERP integration, interface configuration, and ETL processes.
