Senior Sales Manager – Industrial (Multiple US Locations)

About the role

Infosys is looking for a results‑driven Senior Sales Manager to accelerate net‑new business in the Industrial Manufacturing vertical across several U.S. locations. The role focuses on identifying, engaging and closing strategic, large‑scale deals with manufacturers and other asset‑heavy enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and win new logos in industrial manufacturing, automotive, aerospace & defense and related sectors.
• Develop and execute sales strategies based on market, competition and partner ecosystem insights.
• Collaborate with solutioning teams to shape compelling client value propositions.
• Drive pipeline velocity, manage the sales cycle and achieve quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain a strong network of decision‑makers and act as a “hunter” for high‑value opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven track record of selling IT solutions and services to industrial or asset‑heavy companies.
• Deep understanding of the industrial manufacturing market and its competitive landscape.
• Ability to think big‑picture while working closely with technical and solution teams.
• Demonstrated success in new‑logo acquisition and large‑deal closure.
