Senior Sales Advisor - Belmont Park Outlet

About the role

As a Senior Sales Advisor at the Belmont Park Outlet, you will be the face of Boggi Milano, delivering high‑level service to both online and in‑store customers. You will drive sales, build lasting customer relationships, and uphold the brand’s premium image.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service, promote loyalty programs, and act as a brand ambassador.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, manage the full sales cycle, and achieve team targets.
• Utilize omnichannel tools (sales tablets, click‑and‑collect, Seek & Send) to create a seamless 360° shopping experience.
• Maintain store presentation, participate in stock and inventory activities, and support cash operations.
• Coach team members on sales techniques and contribute to a positive store culture.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in menswear or premium fashion retail.
• Fluent English communication; additional languages a plus.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs.
• Flexibility to work peak seasons, holidays, and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS software for transactions, returns, and gift‑card processing.
• Knowledge of digital omnichannel tools such as tablets for sales assistance, click‑and‑collect, and online order support.
